Mountain High's acclaimed Children's Academy makes winter fun a priority for the kids....and for you!  The Children's Learning Center is located at the West Resort directly beneath the Bullwheel Bar & Grill.  The facility is complete with ticket outlets, rental equipment, lessons, a sport shop and more.  It is also adjacent the newly-enlarged on-snow area where a series of moving carpets help children learn at their optimum level. Just above the Learning Center, parents can relax in the Bullwheel and view their children's progress over a hearty breakfast.

Lessons are available in both Full-Day and Afternoon sessions, and all packages include a lift ticket, rentals, snack or lunch, and an individualized progress card. Full-day enrollment is recommended for younger children as experience has shown they progress more rapidly and retain a greater amount with a full day of lessons.

The Children's Academy is open from 8:45am to 3:15pm.
 

Children's Academy (ages 4-9) (ages 1-3 see Virtual Snow)

Arrive by 8am.  On site sales end at 9am. Register no later than 9:30am. Lessons begin promptly at 10am.
Includes morning and afternoon lessons, 8-hour lift ticket , rentals, snack, healthy lunch, and progress card.

On site sales end at 12pm. Register no later than 12:30pm. Lessons begin promptly at 1pm.
Includes afternoon lesson, 8-hour lift ticket, rentals and progress card.

Purchase before 2pm for a 3pm Private Lesson
Private lesson added on to any program above. Parents may join to learn how to work with their children.

*$300 deposit required for ski and snowboard rentals.

The Grommet Freestyle Camp (ages 10-12)

The Grommet Freestyle Camp is an innovative, interactive training program for students ages 10 to 12 with a major emphasis on safety and environmental respect. Coaches are specially trained, high-energy instructors who make it cool to be in school.

On site sales end at 9am. Register no later than 9:30am. Lessons begin promptly at 10am.
Includes equipment rental ($300 deposit for snowboards), 8-Hr lift ticket and lunch.
