Ava Bise has been teaching snowboarding at Mountain High since 1999. Having learned to snowboard at age 44, she is particularly sensitive to the needs of women. Ava combines an extraordinary teaching patience with her enthusiasm for snowboarding. Ava believes that every woman, regardless of age, can learn to snowboard; and that the excitement is enhanced by sharing the challenge and fun with other women.
