INTERNET ORDERS: For the quickest processing, purchase your season pass here online (credit card is required). You will need the passholder's general information (name, address, phone, email, birth date) and the purchaser's credit card information. Please note there is a $10.00 processing fee per pass and orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive a detailed confirmation letter denoting your purchase and how to pick up your pass.
***EXISTING SEASON PASS HOLDERS*** - Save your Freedom Pass!!!! By reactivating it, you will save the $10.00 processing fee and the hassle of waiting in line.
PHONE AND MAIL ORDERS: Please call (888) 754-7878 to order your season pass or download the application below. Mountain High operators are available from 10am - 6pm Monday through Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday. When ordering by phone, please have the passholder's general information (name, address, phone, email, birth date) and the purchaser's credit card information ready. ON-SITE ORDERS: The Season Pass Window is located at the West Resort next to the ticket windows. Office hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm seven days a week. Please bring a valid photo ID, your confirmation letter and/or confirmation number if purchased over the internet. If you purchased your pass with a credit card, please bring the card for a physical imprint. If you are reactivating your current season pass, please bring it with you.
