Tame the BEAST! The East Resort is now open top-to-bottom every SATURDAY & SUNDAY offering some of the longest trails and best powder runs in the region. The top elevation is 8,200 feet. After a quick ascent up the Mountain High Express, you'll find an additional 20 acres of beginner terrain serviced by The Discovery quad chairlift. This often overlooked area is perfect for learning and designed to stimulate the heart as well as the head.
When you are ready for a break, have lunch at the Grand View Lodge, located at 8,200' at the top of the East Resort. Pair a delicious menu with alluring views of Catalina Island and the Mojave Desert.
With 1,600 vertical feet of uninterrupted corduroy, the East Resort offers traditional skiers and snowboarders a true alpine experience without having to journey far from home. Your single lift ticket is good at both areas so try it today.
