The latest round of storms dropped two-to-three feet of fresh powder overnight at Mountain High, easily making it the resort’s largest snowstorm in the last five years. Over the past week alone, more than four feet of new snow (52 inches) has fallen at the resort.
Mountain High is currently enjoying its best snow conditions of the season. Every lift and trail is open at all three resorts and there is terrain for every level and ability. When Mountain High is fully open it has more trails than Snow Summit, more acres than Bear Mountain, and more terrain features than Snow Valley. With no major mountain driving, access to its location in Wrightwood is quick and easy.
The abundance of snow is also helping to refill the resort’s reservoirs to aid in future snowmaking.
