Wow, what a winter.
6 months ago we weren’t sure if there was going to be a season...but, with your enduring support, we made it! And what a season it was. Deep powder days, signature park builds, long hours, and lots of learning. Thank you for working with us during these unprecedented times and keeping each other safe. This season meant so much to us and, from what we gather, you too.
I recently spoke with a guest from Victorville who let me know just how much he benefitted from the mountain this year. With all the challenges his family was facing - from virtual schooling to mask mandates, no sports to nothing open - their time at Mountain High was the only activity that brought them any normalcy.
I've often said the beauty of the San Gabriel mountains is a ready escape from our everyday lives and this season proved, more than ever, how important that is.
With winter in the rearview and normalcy on the horizon, we have already begun working on ways to make next year’s experience even better. Look for the return of the Sky High Disc Golf Course and the North Lodge Grill & Pub this Mother’s Day Weekend, May 8-9.
