2024-revised-1080-x-1080-open-season-rail-jam (fullsize)

The 4th annual Open Season Rail Jam went down Sat Dec 14, 2024. Snowboarders from up and down the state competed for more than $7,000 in cash and prizes. With equal prize purses for both men’s and women’s divisions the pressure was on to send it with style. The competitors gave it all they had all day long.

In the end it was Brandon WeiJland taking home Best Trick with a 450 gap to frontboard earning himself a new WhiteSpace Snowboarders for his efforts.

The Women’s division was a very close for the top 3. In the end it was 16 years old Ava Harteau taking the win with impressive gab to 50/50.

The Men’s division was a straight-out dog fight and would come down to the final drop in. Pavel Anishchanka took home the win to stand on top of the Podium in 1st place with tons of technical tricks.

Good times and great vibes had by all who came out to support the event. We will see you again next year for an even bigger and better event!
